As part of the re-brand their product range has been extended to four products, with a new slimmed version called 'Essential' this is web replacement to JL3 and is 50% cheaper than JL.Net or Eclipse.Net; (click to download Capita RC Brochure) They have also reduced the school size banding to support the smaller schools.

Essential – This a librarian management tool with pupil issuing and returns, it runs from a local client with the data being hosted in the cloud which is great in lower internet bandwidth schools.

• 99+ pupil Primary school will pay £310.00 annually.
• 600+ pupil Secondary will pay £545.00 annually.
• A small primary of 50-99 pupils will £155 annually. 
• A small secondary of 300-600 pupils will pay £448 annually.

If a 99+ pupil Primary school is upgrading from JL3 the 1^st year cost is £620, then £310.00 annually, including support.

If a 50-99 pupil Primary school is upgrading from JL3 the 1^st year cost is £395, then £155.00 annually, including support.

Plus (JL.Net & Eclipse.Net) - This is JL.Net or Eclipse.Net with some of the extra features scaled back, it has a local client that caches from the cloud which is great in poor internet bandwidth schools.

• 99+ pupil Primary school will pay £550.00 annually.
• 600+ pupil Secondary will pay £890.00 annually.
• A small primary of 50-99 pupils will £225 annually. 
• A small secondary of 300-600 pupils will pay £671 annually.

If a 99+ pupil Primary school is upgrading from JL3 the 1^st year cost is £1,095, then £550.00 annually, including support.

If a 50-99 pupil Primary school is upgrading from JL3 the 1^st year cost is £876, then £225.00 annually, including support.

Premium (Reading Cloud) - This is Primary and Secondary Reading Cloud, it has a local client that caches from the cloud which is great in poor internet bandwidth schools.

• 99+ pupil Primary school will pay £690.00 annually.
• 600+ pupil Secondary will pay £1,150 annually.
• A small primary of 50-99 pupils will £310 annually. 
• A small secondary of 300-600 pupils will pay £895 annually.

If a 99+ pupil Primary school is upgrading from JL3 the 1^st year cost is £1,650, then £690.00 annually, including support.

If a 50-99 pupil Primary school is upgrading from JL3 the 1^st year cost is £1,320, then £310.00 annually, including support.

Professional – This is aimed at Colleges Multi Academy Trusts or Federated schools.

Customers have the ability with all existing subscription packages to drop some elements that they no longer used.
