Right, Write, Hampshire School Library Service's Writing Competition for secondary schools is now closed.
Entries to the competition were marked out of 40 by staff and school volunteers, and the best thirty stories went on to moderation. The final top ten stories have now been sent out to our judge and the winner will be announced at Easter. Unfortunately we didn't receive enough KS4 entries to merit a separate award, so only one prize will be offered across both Key Stages.
The author of the winning story will receive £25 book vouchers, and his or her school will receive a writing workshop with a published author for pupils selected by the school. All the top ten entries will be published in an ebook, free for schools to download, and with feedback on each from our judge Judy Waite.
