The second edition of the Hampshire Writing Competition Right, Write is underway with enrolment and submissions.
Pupils in Key Stage 3 or 4 are invited to write a short story or first chapter of between 500-1000 words on one of three themes. The closing date is 5pm on Friday 30 January 2015. There are full instructions for school staff co-ordinating the competition on the Writing Competition/Staff page, including a poster and a page of writing resources, and more concise instructions for pupils on the Writing Competition/Pupil page.
Pupils will need to be registered on the Moodle to submit their stories. Registration is open now and will remain open until the third week in January 2015. To register your pupils, please download the spreadsheet on the Staff page, fill in their firstname and surname and email it back to us. Logins will be emailed to you in a couple of days.
Please use the Forum on the Writing Competition/Staff page or phone us at Headquarters if you have any queries or problems.
