The deadline for applying for Booktrust's free School Library Pack has been extended to Friday 4 October. All schools with Year 7 pupils are entitled to receive a pack with one copy each of six "future classics", reluctant reader titles and short story collections. Separate collections are available for special schools.

The books will be delivered in October and November.
