Dan Freedman is the author of the phenomenally popular Jamie Johnson series (titles include Born to Play, The Kick Off, Golden Goal) and the standalone novel, Unstoppable. The Jamie Johnson books have been adapted for TV by the BBC and been broadcast all over the world. Dan will talk about his journey from being a reluctant reader at school to becoming a football writer and travelling to two World Cups as the England Team’s official journalist. His book Unstoppable is a heart stopping thriller about sporty 14-year-old twins Kaine and Roxy. It has been endorsed by Marcus Rashford. Dan will talk about reading, writing, the Jamie Johnson books and TV series and Unstoppable and there will be lots of time for questions, including what it’s like to interview Messi and Ronaldo
