We have been working with Capita Reading Cloud to resolve the problem with Hambase (the Custom Catalogue) not updating correctly in Schools' sites.

The problem is now resolved, however you will need to run Catalogue Enrichment overnight in order to update the records held in your system.

To check this you need to open the Management Window, click Tools, open Schedule and set Catalogue Enrichment to run at midnight, this needs to be run at night so that it doesn’t slow your site down,
