Schools who have a hosted MLS product and get their internet provided by Hampshire County Council may have connection problems.

Some schools who have Junior Librarian.Net, Reading Cloud or Eclipse.Net and have an HPSN 2 internet connection from Hampshire may experience problems trying to open the MLS software. This problem is caused by an issue with Hampshire’s firewall blocking access to the site. We have been working with IT Services to get this resolved, and have been told that a fix for the problem should be achieved by the beginning of next week.

Hampshire IT Services have applogised for the problem and realise this impacts the use of the products for Teaching and Learning, however strict rules are in place to keep the IT safe within schools.
