In previous versions of Microlibrarian's JL.net and Eclipse.net, Hambase could only be imported into Custom Catalogue. It has come to light that it is now possible to import Hambase into the Resources table where you couldn't before. Importing Hambase to your Resources table will add thousands of non-existent books to your catalogue.

Therefore, if you are updating Hambase before adding new resources, please make sure that you start in Custom Catalogue. Untick the box that says "Automatically allocate barcodes if none are specified", since you are importing data only and not actual books that need barcodes.
