Need help on where to start?

The SLS has devised a virtual one-hour video to introduce you to what is currently available. It will include fiction and non-fiction, linking texts to the curriculum as well as identifying books to read aloud, reading for greater depth, for pleasure and just for fun!

This summer term we will be releasing two CPD videos - one focusing on Early Years & KS1 and the other focusing on KS2.

 Delegates will:

• Improve their knowledge of contemporary authors and titles

• Gain ideas of resources to encourage reading for pleasure

• Be more aware of the range of SLS services available to support them

Cost - £20 per school per video for subscribing schools

The videos will be released on:

8^th May – KS1

8^th May – KS2

Videos will be accessed via the SLS Moodle and will be available for unlimited viewing until 24^th October 2021.
