The School Library Service have been having a spring clean and have come across a couple of boxes of transition leaflets from previous years. We have some Ready for School, Moving Up for Year 3 and Moving On for Year 7. If any schools would like some for handing out or to simply make a display with, please contact SLS HQ on hq.sls@hants.gov.uk  and we can get them sent out to you.
