Hampshire SLS just received a phone call from a school to say they were getting an error message, that their subscription to The Day had run out on 31 March.
The SLS subscription has been renewed, but it seems The Day/The Day Explorer had had a problem with a server and some people’s subscription hadn’t been renewed.
Unfortunately they can’t see who it’s happened to without going into everyone’s record individually so if your school is receiving the same message, a quick phone call to The Day on 0207 300 7316 will fix it in less than a minute.
