Some of our customers may have been experiencing difficulties with the Discovery Online service, which displays the book images. MLS have identified the problem and are pleased to report that this has been resolved.  If you are still getting the red cross instead of the image, please ask your Network administrator to flush the cache on the Proxy server. Also, clear the temporary internet files on the local machine.
