Invitations are going out now for the Hampshire SLS Literature Quiz 2016. More information can be found on our Promoting Reading/Hampshire SLS Lit Quiz page, where you will also find the application form. Applications will close on 20 November 2015.

The Literature Quiz promotes the enjoyment of reading by allowing those enthusiastic readers in secondary schools to take the spotlight and represent their school in a county wide competition. It will also be a chance for them to demonstrate their breadth of knowledge across all areas of children's fiction. Each team will consist of 4 students from across Years 7, 8 & 9.

The date of the Regional Rounds will be the week commencing Monday 22nd February, and the County Final will be on Wednesday 16th March at Winchester Discovery Centre starting at 7pm.  

All students taking part in the regional events receive a book and the winning teams in the regional rounds and at the grand final receive additional prizes.
